Big problems with NET connection and everytime i dial 1957 internet helpline, some wierd music starts up and after sometime a ghati accented english speaking lady tells me that no agent is still available, without telling ,e first that an agent is not available. Then an UK accented lady tells me to call after some time. And i though BSNL had improved !!
